THE OLIVE OIL
This unique quality olive oil is produced from the Galega, Blanqueta and Picual varieties from our best olive groves over 50 years old. The olives are harvested by hand, at their optimum maturation point, and transported to the lagar. After the first cold press, the olive oil was aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, before being bottled.
Serve with cod, grilled fish, salads or simply with bread and cheese.
A superior olive oil, complex and harmonious, with notes of ripe fruit, a low natural acidity with a slight bitter and spicy aftertaste.
