Vinified separately in stainless steel tanks of 10 tons for 4 days, starting slowly with a temperature around 21ºC and rising slowly until it reaches 24ºC. Petit Verdot was aged for 12 months in our cellar, 35% in new French oak barrels and 2 years old. The Wine was bottled in August 2019.
