AZAMOR Selected Vines 2014 is a specially created blend of “premium” grapes from the Azamor estate vineyards. All varieties were fermented in separate 10-ton stainless steel tanks for up to 10 days, at temperatures between 22 ºC and 24 ºC. Given the small harvest, it was possible to soak the skins before fermentation started. Aged for 12 months in our cellar in oak barrels 15% French and 15% American. Selected Vines was blended in January 2018 and bottled in September 2018.
Deliciously succulent and rounded in the mouth, Selected Vines is a perfect accompaniment for traditional Portuguese cuisine, such as black pork, beef and Sunday roast. In winter, enjoy with cheese and cold meats.
